1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealtorAiHub (accessible via realtoraihub.com and affiliated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing real estate transactions and digital asset discovery across North America. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. AI Intelligence & Balanced Reports

RealtorAiHub integrates machine learning algorithms, sentiment analysis, and quantitative valuation metrics to generate "AI Balanced Intelligence" reports. These outputs are created to empower consumers and licensed specialists with objective risk assessments, constraint analysis, and predictive yield insights.

3. Confidential Client-Advisor Workspace & Privacy Architecture

When a property seeker initiates an inquiry or unlocks detailed asset dossiers through a designated Managing Broker or Specialist, a dedicated private workspace ("Protected Client Relationship") is activated within the hub. This privacy structure provides:

• Privacy Protection: Consumer search telemetry, property criteria, and financial preferences remain strictly confidential between the client and their verified representative.
• Professional Ethics & Standards: Specialists agree to uphold professional standards and non-solicitation guidelines regarding registered exclusive off-market listings.
• Anti-Circumvention: Platform participants agree not to solicit or circumvent registered client relationships established through the hub.

4. Neutral Technology Playground & Non-Brokerage Status

RealtorAiHub is strictly an independent software technology platform and neutral communication venue ("Playground"). RealtorAiHub is NOT a real estate brokerage, licensed broker, real estate sales agent, mortgage lender, escrow agency, title insurer, general contractor, structural engineer, or property inspection firm.

• Independent Entity Operation: All users of the platform—including real estate agents, loan officers, escrow officers, insurance brokers, home inspectors, trade contractors, buyers, and sellers—operate as separate, independent commercial entities. None of the listed specialists or realtors are employees, partners, agents, or joint venturers of RealtorAiHub.
• Direct Contractual Privity: Any inspection agreement, loan commitment, escrow instruction, contractor repair estimate, listing agreement, or purchase contract is entered into directly and exclusively between the participating parties. RealtorAiHub is never a party to, nor an arbiter of, any service agreement.
• No Endorsement or Verification Warranty: While the platform displays self-reported licenses (e.g., DRE, CSLB, NMLS, DFPI, InterNACHI, CDI) and closed-transaction reviews, RealtorAiHub does not warrant, verify, or guarantee the ongoing licensing status, bond adequacy, insurance coverage, or technical competency of any specialist. Users are strictly responsible for conducting independent due diligence before hiring.

5. Complete Limitation of Liability & Indemnification (Hold Harmless)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable California and federal law:

Indemnification Agreement: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RealtorAiHub, its parent corporations, officers, directors, employees, and software architects from and against any and all claims, liabilities, lawsuits, arbitration demands, damages, losses, costs, or legal fees arising out of or in any way connected to: (a) your engagement of any third-party specialist, (b) any breach of contract or defect in services performed by a retained vendor, or (c) any transaction dispute between buyers, sellers, realtors, and contractors.

6. Intellectual Property & Listing Rights

All proprietary code, algorithmic scoring models, UI designs, brand assets, and curated property analyses are the exclusive property of RealtorAiHub Inc. Photography and listing specs uploaded by verified brokers remain licensed to the respective brokerages while granting RealtorAiHub full distribution rights within the syndication network.
